GARAGE - NEW CONSTRUCTION

New construction Garage. We completed the exterior portions of this project. After framing was completed on this 20X30 detached garage. The garage was wrapped in moisture barrier. Garage doors and fascia was capped in aluminium. Installation of vinyl soffit and straight lap Royal Crest Blue siding. Installation of non insulated paneled overhead doors. Installation of felt, ice & water shield, drip edge, starter, cap, and dimensional shingles. Installation of 5-inch gutters and 2x3 anchored downspouts. This was a 5 day project. Total cost $11,500.00.
