Custom railing with lighting, ramp, set of stairs, and 2 gates. Custom skirting using pressure treated lumber. This is a was 15 day project. Cost of project - $19,000.00
DECK RESURFACING & CUSTOM RAILINGS
Clintonville, Ohio
Removal of existing lattice work, stairs, railings, band and deck boards. Installation of pressure treated 5/4 deck boards. Custom pressure treated skirting, band boards, stairs and horizontal railing. This was a 6 day project. Cost of project - $8,000.00.
PORCH RESTORATION
Columbus, Ohio
Added temporary supports. Installed new support posts. Stabilized and leveled out porch.Removed and re=installed existing lattice work. Installed new exterior fixtures. This is a 3 Day Project. Cost of project - $4,000.00

Tear out existing wood privacy fence. Installed pressure treated dog-eared wood privacy fence.

Tear off carpet. Power wash porch and awings. Paint porch floor, posts, and awnings. Tuck point stone on front of porch. Replace hopper windows in basement. Replace bad trim and paint. This was a two day project. Total Cost $3,000.00.
